Skirama Dolomiti Adamello-Brenta
Skirama Dolomiti connects the group of 380 km slopes and 150 lifts located in area of Adamello-Presanella glaciers
with Gruppo di Brenta Dolomites in Trentino.
Thanks to the height of slopes (up to 2.5 thousand meters a.s.l. at Madonna di Campiglio and to 3.000 m a.s.l. at Passo Tonale)
there is guaranteed skiing conditions from November till April, especially when 90% of slopes have a support of artificial snow making facilities.
Skirama Dolomiti includes eight ski resorts:
Madonna di Campiglio (VAL RENDENA ) 22 lifts 60 km of slopes
Pinzolo (VAL RENDENA ) 9 lifts 26 km of slopes
Folgarida – Marilleva (VAL DI SOLE ) 27 lifts 53 km of slopes
Peio (VAL DI SOLE ) 6 lifts 15 km of slopes
Tonale – Ponte di Legno (ADAMELLO SKI ) 30 lifts 100 km of slopes
Andalo – Fai della Paganella (PAGANELLA) 17 lifts 35 km of slopes
Monte Bondone 5 lifts 20 km of slopes
Folgaria – Lavarone(Ski Tour dei Forti) 35 lifts 76 km of slopes
The most popular ski resort ‘The pearl of Dolomites’ – Madonna di Campiglio is located in Val Rendena between the Mountain Brenta and Adamello and the nearby skilifts allow tourists to ski both on Brenta side( Monte Groste and Spinale) and beginning of Adamello district (Pradalago).
The famous slop 3Tre near centre of Madonna regularly hosts Alpine World Cup competitions ( next one in 2012) .
Located about 10 km from Madonna, Pinzolo offers unforgettable views of Dolomites from Doss Dei Sabion peek.
In Val di Sole – the valley ‘where sun shines all year round’ you can ski in Folgarida-Marilleva, Pejo and Tonale area.
The new gondola connection between Madonna and Pinzolo is scheduled for opening this winter (2011) and the slopes of Madonna are already snow connected with nearby Folgarida-Marilleva. The new joined area bears the name Campiglio Val Rendena Val di Sole.
Pass Tonale with with Ponte di Legno is the place for both beginners and more experienced skiers with the possibility to ski on Presanela Glacier c.a. 3 100 m a.s.l.
Each of the ski resorts features a separate skipass ( or joinde in case of Folgarida – Marilleva ; Madonna and Pinzolo ).
SUPERSKIRAMA cards allow unlimited access to slopes in all 8 resorts of SKIRAMA DOLOMITI area.
Popular promotions include Free Ski Weeks at the beginning and at the end of the skiing season, when the skipass price is incorporated into the hotel or apartment fees.
