Snowpark Belvedere is located in ski area Belvedere near Canazei, and as one can expect judging by the name it offers unforgettable views on the most spectacular peaks of Dolomites.
The valley divides Belvedere from Marmolada, behind Canazei there is massive group Cattinaccio and when snowboarders are on the lines of the park they face directly peaks of Sassolungo and these of Sella Ronda. The snow park area is near the downhill run Toè, and is accessible by gondola Toè or another one Canazei – Pecol.
The area itself is divided into two zones , the upper one is ideal for the beginners, while the second is designed for medium and advanced snowboarders.
Every year the finals of Italian BX are held in the park, which recently joined american Burton group of funparks.
Cooperation with Burton brough new BigAirBag – the air matress 17 x 11 m to ease the landing of practicing jumpers.
The park is mantained by Val di Fassa Snowboarding School and Società di Incremento Turistico of Canazei and has an artificial snow support.
