Opened only in 2003 the Indian Park in Cervinia soon became one of the most popular snowparks in Europe.
It is located at about 3000 m above sea level on the slopes of one of the biggest European mountain Monte Cervino ( known also as Matterhorn).
The high altitude allows to use the park from December till the end April, there are no earth constructions , though, but the park is broomed daily, and you can expect some extra kickers if weather conditions allow.
The snowpark itself stretches in the zone called ‘Fornet’ near the quadruple chair-lift, the entrance is free, but one need the skipass to use the lifts in the Breiul-Cervinia area.
The objects in the snow park area are labeled with the colors similar to these for downhill runs, so there are three lines in the park blue-easy, red-intermediate, and an advanced black one.
The loudspeaker music floating around the park an the chill-out zone ad the flavour to the area, which hosted many of international events.
Cervinia ski area is bordering with famous Swiss Zermatt area, where snowboarding fans can visit the famous Gravity Park located just 15 minutes by lift from the Indian Park.
