Valle Isarco

The Valley of river Isarco is split into two communities : Alta Valle Isarco (Wippital) with Bennero and Vipiteno is the part closer to Austrian border, while Bressanone and Bolzano are in Valle Isarco ( Eisacktal).
The ski region Valle Isarco covers the resorts: Plose-Bressanone/Brixen, Gitschberg-Maranza/Meransen, Jochtal-Valles/Vals,
and smaller in Luson/Lüsen, Val di Funes/Villnösser Tal and Velturno/Feldthurns.
The resorts above are included in skipass Valle Isarco/Eisacktal and form the part of Dolomiti Superski.

The resorts of Wipptal issue separate skipasses, also they are the part of Ortles skiarea:
Racines/Ratschings-Giovo/Jaufen
Ladurns-Colle Isarco/Gossensass
Monte Cavallo-Vipiteno/Rosskopf-Sterzing
and they are NOT in Dolomiti Superski area.

10 lifts and 15 runs of the main skiresort in Valley Isarco near Bressanone (560 m) cover the slopes of Gruppo della Plose with peaks Monte Telegrafo/Plose (2 504 m), Monte Gabler (2562 m) and Monte Fana (2547 m). Worth mention here is famous 9 km long Trametsch with 1 400 m of altitude difference, and rapid changes in elevation.

The village Maranza ( 1 414 m ) offers several lifts up to Gitschberg ( 2 512 m) and the illuminated at night run near Brunner-Lift.

19 km of piste above the Valles (1 352 m) form ski resort Jochtal and are prepared for fist timers, children and age-advanced skiers.

Snowpark:
‘SNOW ISLAND PARK’ features Advanced area: with 1 KICKER 15m and 1 SPINA high 5m and 15m long.
